Our Services
Coiled Tubing
Coiled tubing (CT) is a long, continuous steel pipe spooled on a reel, used in oil and gas operations such as well intervention, drilling, cleanouts, stimulation (e.g., acidizing, fracturing), and logging.
Control Line Tubing
It provides hydraulic/chemical injection pathways for downhole tools (e.g., SCSSVs, gas lift valves) or monitoring in wells.
Tubing Encapsulated Cable (TEC)
TEC combines electrical conductors/wires inside a protective steel tube, used for downhole sensors, ESP power, or fiber optic monitoring.
Capillary Tubing
Small-diameter tubing (often <0.5" OD) for chemical injection, pressure monitoring, or sampling in wells.
How it works
Our advanced tubing and cable systems enable efficient well intervention, monitoring, and control through innovative deployment methods and robust engineering. Here’s how these technologies work together in oilfield applications:
#1
System Deployment
All products are deployed using specialized equipment designed for continuous or segmented installation
Surface equipment (reels, injectors, control panels) ensures precise positioning downhole
Systems can be run standalone or in combination (e.g., control line strapped to coiled tubing)
#2
Downhole Functionality
Fluid Conveyance: Transport stimulation fluids, chemicals, or gases to target zones
Power Transmission: Deliver electrical power to downhole tools and sensors
Data Communication: Enable real-time monitoring through embedded conductors or fiber optics
Mechanical Operation: Activate downhole tools through hydraulic or mechanical means
#3
Application-Specific Operation
Well Intervention: Coiled tubing with integrated control lines enables simultaneous pumping and tool operation
Artificial Lift: TEC provides both power to ESPs and data transmission capabilities
Chemical Injection: Capillary systems deliver precise chemical doses to target zones
Well Monitoring: Combined control line and TEC systems offer comprehensive downhole data collection
